Cancellation Policy
These policies are subject to change without notice.
​Essence of Beauty Skincare reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please cancel your appointments 48 hours in advance to allow other guests ample time to schedule appointments in your absence.
Essence of Beauty Skincare enforces a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a fee of $70 (or 50% of the scheduled service(s) if it is less than $70).
"No shows" or non-notification of cancellation 48 hours prior will be invoiced a $70 fee via Square for the missed appointment or non-notification of cancellation. Fees must be paid to reschedule your future appointment.
In the case of a pre-paid series of appointments, the missed appointment is forfeited. If you wish to add the missed appointment back into your series, you will need to pay a rebooking fee of $70.
All appointments are confirmed via email at the time of scheduling and two days before your appointment.
You will receive a text message 2 hours before your appointment.
Gift Cards/Certificates
Electronic Gift Cards or conveniently wrapped physical Gift Certificates can be purchased for a specific facial/promotion or in any dollar amount to use towards any of our treatments or skincare products. Click here to get an Electronic Gift Card!

Discounted or Promotional Gift Cards/Certificates expire after 6 months (unless otherwise specified). Certificates redeemed after 6 months, will be applied as a full value amount towards any spa service - excluding product purchases.

Gift Card/Certificates are non-transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Cannot be combined with any other discounts, deals, sales, or specials.
Lost or stolen cards will not be canceled or replaced without a card number and proof of purchase.

Our Cancellation / No Show policy applies to all appointments. A late cancellation or no-show will cause one certificate to be marked as redeemed for each occurrence.

All Gift Card/Certificate sales are final and non-refundable.

Purchase of a Gift Card/Certificate and/or scheduling a service constitutes an agreement to Essence of Beauty Skincare's policies.
Products
Any questions or concerns about your products must be addressed within 2 weeks, if we cannot resolve your concerns, you may return them for full credit to your account.
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for full credit to your account.

No refunds are issued for services rendered, series packages, or gift certificates.
